Returns for Samples & Decants
Non-Returnable Items
At ScentBloom, we ensure that all our samples and decants are 100% genuine, sourced directly from the manufacturer’s bottle, and carefully hand-decanted. However, we cannot guarantee that you will love every scent—preferences vary, and you may not like it.
Due to the nature of our products and our commitment to hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for samples or decants once the outer packaging (box or envelope) has been opened, even if the sample remains unused.
Returnable Items
Returns are only accepted if the outer box or envelope is sealed and unopened, exactly as received.
Return Process
Initiation
To start a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@scentbloom.ca with your order number and the reason for your return. Please wait for our response before shipping anything back.
if your return is approved, we will send you an email containing the return address and other details if necessary.
- The customer is responsable for all the returning's process fees.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Preparation and Shipping
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and ship the package as soon as possible.
Verification
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. This process may take up to 10 days. If the return does not meet our requirements, we will contact you to arrange payment for reshipping the item back to you.
Refund or Replacement
- Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method.
- Replacements (if approved and available) will be shipped promptly.
