What we can help with

Choosing a fragrance. Tell us two or three perfumes you already love, or the mood you're after, and we'll suggest decants to try next, from designer classics to niche and Middle Eastern discoveries. Our guide to the olfactory families is also a good place to start.

Orders and shipping. We ship Monday to Friday and usually process orders within two business days. Shipping is a flat $9.99 CAD across Canada and $15.99 USD to the United States, with tracking, and free on orders over $100. Please include your order number when you write about an existing order.

Returns and order issues. Sealed, unopened orders can be returned if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened samples and decants can't be returned. If something arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. The full policy is on our Shipping & Returns page.

Authenticity. Every ScentBloom decant is taken from a genuine bottle of the original fragrance. If you have any question about a specific product, just ask.
